November 2023 Update

During the Regulation 16 consultation (September 2022) Kingsbrook Parish Council took the decision to withdraw from the Neighbourhood Plan.  After considerable discussion with Buckinghamshire Council, Bierton Parish Council requested a redesignation of the Neighbourhood Area to exclude Kingsbrook and Broughton.  The proposed new Neighbourhood Area boundary is Bierton Parish Boundary (Bierton, Hulcott Village, Burcott, Broughton Crossing and Oldhams Meadow).  This is subject to a 6 week consultation with Buckinghamshire Council.  Whilst this is not yet confirmed, work has begun on amending the plan to cover Bierton Parish only.  Due to changes in the Neighbourhood Area it will be necessary to repeat and start from the Regulation 14 Consultation once the amendments are complete.
